SToRo Construction management, of the ROZ Investments group, was established to provide the group’s project management solutions. The company specializes in the construction, improvement, expansion and renovation of the assets acquired by the company’s investors in New York.

The company has extensive experience in managing and overseeing projects that include a transition from 1-family to 2-family to significant expansion and building additions, and all according to US law.

The company manages contractors, subcontractors and suppliers while adhering to the final product quality, and predetermined times.

The investor receives regular reports on all progress and development of the asset at a frequency that suits his needs.

The company owners are Yossi Rosenberg and Oded Siman Tov. Oded (“gingi” = redhead), who moved his residence to New York, has extensive experience in construction consulting, quality control, supervision and management of construction projects.
