Owner and General Manager
With extensive experience in self-entrepreneurship and property marketing in the US in general and New York in particular, his industry relationships in the US real-estate market have allowed the company to spread a vast network of (senior) executives from all sectors such as bankers, real estate agents, appraisers, lawyers, etc. to reach a wide range of property owners who are in debt to allow the company to buy these assets at reduced prices.

Operations Manager
Has more than a decade of experience in financial and regulatory management in international companies. Expert in building long-term business plans and strategic analytical thinking. International real-estate investor and manager of the financial aspect of projects.

Investor Relations and Business Development Manager
Director of the company’s marketing, social and public relations department.
Has extensive experience in real estate marketing and branding in Israel and abroad, has extensive network of contacts to recruit potential investors and maintain and manage existing investor portfolios.

With over 30 years of experience in construction, relocated to New York, he has extensive knowledge in consulting, quality control, supervision and project management of the company.
